Bonjour!
Welcome to the Fall 1999 edition of the Version Française newsletter. We have a wealth of new titles both in our film rental and music sales departments. Plus we have a special section dedicated to the festival Les Francofolies de Montréal, an summer music event that takes place every August in downtown Montréal.

I decided that I had to head up north to find out what this festival is all about. I came back with pages of information, exclusive interviews, show reviews and eight rolls of film! Over the following weeks I will be posting what I saw and heard on this site so that you can share in the experience of this unique évenement.

For now there are many new CDs to peruse. There are new releases from Francis Cabrel (yes, another new one!), Axelle Red, Patricia Kaas, Teri Moïse and Mylène Farmer. Also, lots of other new CDs and videos ) including the very popular kids' film The Prince of Egypt - await you inside!
