| Our preferred shipper is UPS. For customers on the West coast we may choose to ship Priority Mail (with a Delivery Confirmation label), as we have found this service to be much faster and equally reliable. You may request other methods, such as expedited UPS (Next, 2nd or 3rd Day Air) or Federal Express. Please call or write for more information. We will replace any lost or damaged items sent to US residents. | For international orders we ship using Registered Mail and we include a Proof of Delivery card. This card is signed by you upon receipt of the package and is then sent back to us to let us know that it was safely received. We have had a 100% success rate with this service, but the customer must accept when ordering that we offer no guarantees and we do not replace lost, damaged, or stolen items for international destinations.

We purchase our merchandise from various companies in France, Canada and the United States. All items are guaranteed new, and all royalties, copyright fees and import duties (for the US) have been paid as required by international law. Import duties for shipments to customers located outside the United States are the reponsibility to the customer.
Video cassettes listed in this catalog are NTSC VHS, and are compatible with all VHS VCRs sold in the US and Canada.
We do not catalog, nor do we special order phonograph records.
No merchandise will be shipped on approval or C.O.D.
All sales are final, however we will make an exchange or issue a refund for defective merchandise or items damaged in the mail (with the exception of international orders).
